OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Our instructors will:
-
Recommend the most appropriate training methods and
aids to help you study for your theory and hazard
perception test.
-
Design a course of lessons to suit your specific
driving and learning needs from your first lesson
all the way through to your practical test. Our
instructors will also recommend, where appropriate,
advanced courses to help you gain experience in
motorway driving, extreme weather conditions and
Pass Plus.
-
Give you relevant feedback during your lesson and
record your development in your Student Track Record
at the end of each lesson.
-
Monitor your progress and recommend the appropriate
time to book your mock practical test and apply for
your practical driving test. If required, they will
advise whether it should be subsequently
rescheduled.
-
Provide training on a one-to-one basis with no other
learner in the car.
-
Honour the full time booked for each lesson, which
will include an introduction to the lesson,
practical training and a debrief on completion.
-
Conduct themselves in a professional manner. They
reserve the right to cancel a lesson or finish a
lesson early on the grounds of road safety. They
will not discriminate against any learner and will
always abide by the law.
-
Have the highest standards of personal conduct
during the lesson, which will include:
-
Being courteous and considerate to you at all times;
-
Avoiding physical contact except in an emergency
situation;
-
Not smoking during your lessons;
-
Restricting mobile phone use to emergencies unless
directly for your benefit.
-
Provide a presentable, modern and properly
maintained MAS
Motoring branded car fitted with dual controls
for each lesson.
-
Always aim to be on time at the agreed location and
be available for the full duration of the lesson
booked, subject to any unforeseen circumstances
beyond their reasonable control.
-
Do their very best to give you at least two working
days' notice (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
should a lesson need to be rescheduled due to
unforeseen circumstances.
-
Respond professionally to any concerns that you may
have and try to resolve them to your satisfaction.
